  • Custom Orders: Custom-made figurines may take additional processing time, typically 1-6 months, depending on the level of customization required.

  • Business Days: Processing and shipping occur on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping (within United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

    • Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on factors like customs delays, holidays, and local postal service efficiency. Please note that these are estimated time frames and actual delivery may take longer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping fee is a flat rate of $13.99 regardless of the weight and destination of the order. We offer free shipping for orders over $200.00.

  • International Shipping: Flat cost of $39.99 and will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status on our website or through the carrier's site.
